I help ideas travel from the first spark to a real product.

I build products from scratch and share what usually stays behind the scenes: doubts, decisions, mistakes and growth.

I Built MyRazom—and Almost Nobody Came. Shut It Down or Start Again?

MyRazom became my first serious product: a registered company, hundreds of technical decisions, and a platform for mutual help. But a polished product is not the same as a living one. This is an honest account of my mistakes—and a question: should I close this chapter or build something entirely new, only for Ukrainians?

A live AI interpreter for face-to-face conversations. The phone lies between two people and interprets aloud both ways: it double-checks unclear dates and amounts, quietly explains what was meant and softens rude words.

01

First, I understand

I find the real problem and who actually needs the product.

02

Then, I shape the idea

I work out how it should function and feel without unnecessary complexity.

03

I build a working version

I assemble the product, test its core journeys and remove everything unnecessary.

04

I launch and watch what happens

I put it in front of people, gather feedback and improve what truly matters.

Do not build a product for its own sake

First I want to know whether it has a real purpose.

Do not hide mistakes

If something does not work, I would rather show it and understand why.

Keep it simple

A good product does not have to be complicated to be useful.

Look at real people

Numbers matter, but behind them are always someone’s habits, problems and decisions.
