I help ideas travel from the first spark to a real product.

I build products from scratch and share what usually stays behind the scenes: doubts, decisions, mistakes and growth.

First, I understand

I find the real problem and who actually needs the product.

02

Then, I shape the idea

I work out how it should function and feel without unnecessary complexity.

03

I build a working version

I assemble the product, test its core journeys and remove everything unnecessary.

04

I launch and watch what happens

I put it in front of people, gather feedback and improve what truly matters.

Do not build a product for its own sake

First I want to know whether it has a real purpose.

Do not hide mistakes

If something does not work, I would rather show it and understand why.

Keep it simple

A good product does not have to be complicated to be useful.

Look at real people

Numbers matter, but behind them are always someone’s habits, problems and decisions.

I care about the whole journey, not only the outcome. I test ideas in practice, build the first working version, see how people respond and develop only what truly makes sense.
